# Candidate Qualifying

This project builds candidate qualifying materials for the Sample County Supervisor of Elections from the Florida Division of Elections handbooks.

- **Work from the handbooks.** If a handbook doesn't cover something, say so instead of guessing.
- **Finished files go in `outputs/`.** Create the folder if it isn't there.
- **Every document ends with its sources.** Add a "Sources" section listing each handbook used, its edition or date, and the page or section.
- **Public information only.** Everything in this folder is public. Don't add anything that isn't.
