VOTE-BY-MAIL REQUEST DEADLINE: 3 INSTAGRAM IMAGE OPTIONS Ready-to-paste prompts for an AI image tool (such as ChatGPT Images), plus alt text for each image. Colors and rules come from "Brand board - approved.docx" in this folder. Draft for your review. Written Oct. 1, 2026. ===================================================================== HOW TO USE ===================================================================== 1. Open an AI image tool your office allows, such as ChatGPT Images. 2. Copy ONE prompt below (everything between the dashed lines) and paste it in. 3. Check the image (see "BEFORE YOU USE AN IMAGE" below). 4. Save the image in this folder with the file name shown for that option. 5. Add your headline in the empty top third: Segoe UI Bold, dark green #1D5C4D. Keep it away from the left and right edges. Instagram's profile grid trims the sides of square posts. 6. Add the real logo (logo.png in this folder) in the empty bottom-right corner, on a white box. The logo file has a see-through background, and the brand board says the logo goes on white. Don't recolor or stretch it. Don't give the logo to the image tool. It will redraw it, and it won't be right. 7. When you post, paste the alt text for that option. Replace [HEADLINE] with the exact words of your headline. The headline comes first on purpose, so the most important words are read first. ===================================================================== BEFORE YOU USE AN IMAGE ===================================================================== - Zoom in and look for letters, numbers, or squiggles that look like writing. Image tools often add them even when told not to. - The top third is plain background, with nothing in it. - The bottom-right corner is plain background, with nothing in it. - Nothing from the "no" list: people, ballots, voting equipment, buildings, maps, flags, seals, or logos. - The colors look like the brand board: dark green, a little orange, and a light background. Small color differences are normal. - The alt text matches what you see. If the tool drew something different, change the description part of the alt text to match. If something is off, reply in the same chat with one fix at a time, such as: Remove all text, letters, and numbers. Keep everything else the same. Keep the top third completely empty. Keep everything else the same. Move the icon so the bottom-right corner is completely empty. Use only these exact colors: #1D5C4D, #E07A2F, #F3F7F5, #222222, and white. ===================================================================== OPTION 1: CALENDAR Save the image as: Option 1 - calendar.png ===================================================================== PROMPT (copy everything between the dashed lines) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Create a square (1:1) image for an Instagram post. Style: a simple flat vector illustration. Solid colors only, with no gradients, textures, shadows, or 3D effects. Clean shapes with slightly rounded corners. Calm, friendly, and uncluttered. Colors: use only these. Background: light gray-green #F3F7F5. Main shapes: dark green #1D5C4D and white #FFFFFF. Orange #E07A2F only for thin accent lines or small highlights, never as a large area. Near-black #222222 only for small details. Layout: fill the whole square with the flat #F3F7F5 background. Keep the top third of the image completely empty, with only the plain background, because a headline will be added there later. Also keep the bottom-right corner completely empty (about the right 45 percent of the width and the bottom 20 percent of the height), because a logo will be added there later. Place one icon in the lower two-thirds of the image, a little left of center, about half as wide as the image, with space around it so it does not touch any edge. Icon: a wall calendar seen straight on. It has a dark green top bar with two small near-black rings at the top. Below the bar is a white page with a dark green outline and a simple grid of small, blank squares drawn with thin dark green lines. One square near the bottom of the grid has a thin orange ring around it to mark one day. Every square is empty. Do not include any text, letters, words, numbers, or numerals anywhere, including on the calendar. Do not include people, hands, ballots, voting equipment, buildings, maps, flags, seals, stamps, badges, logos, or watermarks. Show only the one calendar on the plain background. --------------------------------------------------------------------- ALT TEXT (replace [HEADLINE] with your headline) [HEADLINE]. Icon: a round wall clock seen straight on. It has a thick dark green rim and a white face. Instead of numbers, it has 12 short dark green tick marks around the edge of the face. It has two simple near-black hands: the short hour hand points to the 5 o'clock position, and the long minute hand points straight up to the 12 o'clock position. A small near-black dot sits in the center where the hands meet. A thin orange arc follows the outside of the rim from the 12 o'clock position, clockwise, to the 5 o'clock position. Do not include any text, letters, words, numbers, or numerals anywhere, including on the clock face. Do not include people or human hands, ballots, voting equipment, buildings, maps, flags, seals, stamps, badges, logos, or watermarks. The envelope is plain, with no address lines, writing, stamp, postmark, seal, or sticker, and nothing sticking out of it.
