Requests you want to use again. This file starts empty on purpose. After a request works well, paste it here with a short title and the date, so next election you can say "Use the request in PROMPTS.md" and change only what's different.

A good request has three parts:

1. **What to do.** The job, and who it's for.
2. **What to use.** The public source and where to get it, or the file already in this folder.
3. **What you want back.** The files, where they go, and a list of sources.
